James Haacke
Executive Chef
James Haacke is in charge of our kitchen as the Executive Chef here at the Sirocco Golf Club. James apprenticed at the Winnipeg Convention Center where he received his Red Seal Certification in 1990. As an apprentice he was a part of culinary teams that competed and won medals in local and international competitions held in Germany and Luxembourg. James brings with him a multitude of experiences and knowledge working for Rim Rock Resort Hotel, Lethbridge Lodge Hotel, and Westin Hotel. James has also enjoyed his many years in the golf course industry working at Shawnee Slopes Golf Course, Highwood Golf & Country Club, and McKenzie Meadows Golf Club, and a stint with the Calgary Flames organization.
